Noida, 19th April 2019 – “Impossible Structure for Success” was the topic of discussion on Friday when Marwah Studios organised a workshop inside its premises. Rtd. Lt. Rita Gangwani visited the college to motivate the students about the various parameters at work relating to success.
Initially, the workshop commenced as Ms. Gangwani began speaking about her student days during the 1970s. She spoke about how she faced rejection and went into depression eventually. Later on, as time passed by she started understanding that rejection and failure are parts of life and one should try to come out of it by making amends.
Adding more stress on the subject of overcoming failure with self-confidence and determination, she spoke on her monumental achievement as being the first lady IAS officer from Himachal Pradesh which made strong impressions on the students.
“What is life?” was among the many topics displayed on the 11 number of slides to the students. She pushed the students to work hard for their ultimate goal as time never waits for anyone and to have a comfortable life ahead, one must live an uncomfortable life initially.
Before winding up the session for the day, she mentioned some motivational books to the students for further reading and to get some kick when they feel helpless. A memento was presented to her as a sign of honour by the faculty of the institution as she left the venue
