Noida: The first official poster of the 19th Global Film Festival Noida 2026 (GFFN 2026) was unveiled at Marwah Studios, Film City Noida, during a special ceremony held in the presence of a distinguished Australian delegation visiting India under the Indo-Australia Film and Cultural Forum.
The Australian delegation comprised Nick Wills, Tony Bargwanna (prominent businessman), Manjul Thapliyal, Founder of Visions Ahead Foundation and President of the India Chapter of AMON (Australia Multicultural Organisation Network), Nirmal Singh (social worker), Chef Sabi Singh, Gurpreet Kaur, and Balwant Bisht. The guests appreciated the remarkable contribution of Marwah Studios and the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI) in strengthening cultural diplomacy through cinema and the arts.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and Festival President of the Global Film Festival Noida, shared the vision and objectives of the upcoming 19th Global Film Festival Noida 2026, one of the largest and most prestigious celebrations of cinema, culture, and creativity in the country.
“The Global Film Festival Noida has evolved into an international platform that promotes meaningful cinema, cultural exchange, and creative excellence. Over the years, the festival has brought together filmmakers, artists, media professionals, and dignitaries from across the world, reinforcing the belief that art and culture are the strongest bridges between nations. The 19th edition will be even more dynamic, with wider international participation, insightful discussions, film screenings, workshops, exhibitions, and cultural performances,” said Dr. Marwah.
He further emphasized the growing cultural relationship between India and Australia and expressed confidence that collaborations through the Indo-Australia Film and Cultural Forum would continue to create new opportunities for filmmakers, artists, educators, and cultural institutions from both countries.
The Australian delegates congratulated Dr. Marwah and his team on the forthcoming edition of the festival and appreciated the consistent efforts made by Marwah Studios in fostering global friendship through media, cinema, education, and cultural exchange.
The unveiling of the first poster marked the formal beginning of preparations for the 19th Global Film Festival Noida 2026, which is expected to attract participation from numerous countries, distinguished filmmakers, industry leaders, diplomats, academicians, and cinema enthusiasts from around the world.
