New York, 4th July 2024: The International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI), led by its President, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, proudly extends heartfelt congratulations to H.E. Jacqueline Mukangira, the High Commissioner of Rwanda to India, and the people of Rwanda on the momentous occasion of their Independence Day.
