AAFT School of Hospitality and Tourism Celebrates Algerian Cuisine at the 17th Global Film Festival

Noida, India: The AAFT School of Hospitality and Tourism highlighted Algeria’s rich culinary heritage by presenting an authentic showcase of Algerian cuisine during the 17th Global Film Festival at Marwah Film City, Noida. The culinary event was inaugurated by His Excellency Ali Achoui, Ambassador of Algeria to India, amidst an atmosphere of celebration, cultural exchange, and unity.

The event offered guests a vibrant exploration of Algerian cuisine, which is deeply rooted in Mediterranean and North African traditions. From aromatic spices to wholesome ingredients, the dishes prepared by the talented students of AAFT provided a true taste of Algeria’s diverse and flavorful culinary culture.

In his address, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, Founder-President of Marwah Studios and AAFT, emphasized the significance of cultural exchange in fostering global harmony. Speaking about India-Algeria relations, Dr. Marwah stated, “Through the Indo-Algeria Film and Cultural Forum, we have worked diligently to strengthen the bonds of friendship and collaboration between our two nations. H.E. Ali Achoui, Ambassador of Algeria, expressed his admiration for the efforts of AAFT and the festival’s focus on cultural diversity.
