Noida, 18th April 2019 – Marwah Studios grandly celebrates the 2nd day of the 3rd Global Fashion and Design Week (GFDW) in a form which clearly defines Fashion. Thread designs from around the world spanning from countries viz. Senegal, Serbia, Lebanon, Iceland, Fiji, Cyprus, Bahamas, India and Guatemala were displayed in the exhibition.
Taking inspiration from a plethora of cultures around the world, the designers created materials of fabric accentuating the cultures of people in the different countries. Such creativity was well received as students from the entire college flocked to the venue and admired their masterpieces.
“An art which the eye cannot overlook”, commented a person who was breezing through the fabric designs. People surrounding the stall of India which derived its inspiration from the Kitsch culture that originated in Germany in the 19th century seemed to admire the incorporation of cultures into handicrafts as the artist explained about her piece of creative art.
Feedbacks were provided on the wall where everyone wrote positive remarks and encouraged them for their successful presentation of art and culture.
